Presented below are several detailed photos of the highly memorable gold embroidered Indian style shirt worn by actor Ricardo Montalban as the genetically enhanced superman Khan Noonien Singh in the 1st season Original Series episode "Space Seed" (first airdate: Feb. 16, 1967).
This screen used TOS costume was part of an impressive multiple prop and costume exhibit, part of a Private Collection, that was displayed by Propworx in the the Tropical Room at the Rio Suites Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada during the Creation Official 2015 Star Trek Convention; to accompany the public display of the Star Trek memorabilia Lots that were offered for sale as part of the Propworx Star Trek Auction VI event which took place live from the floor of the Rio on Sunday, August 9th. Congratulations are in order to my friend and long time, major American Star Trek collector Alec Peters, CEO of Propworx, for organizing this exhibit and presenting rare screen used items for the benefit of all fans attending the Las Vegas convention. It is certainly rare to come across such an exceptional piece of Original Series history on public display - and the presence of this costume was an exciting highlight of the convention for many - including myself.
